Fast paced, but almost impossible to make sense of. Littered with clever one-liners. The plot takes a back seat but describes the life of an individual as he enlisted the aid of the devil and demons in support of a mayor who runs on a "Wooden skulls don't work for long" ticket. Weird, but stylish.
