More of the awards for people who "remove themselves from the gene pool" by acts of tremendous stupidity. Like the workmen who cut a hole in thick concrete on the 8th floor, then discovered they were standing in the centre of the loose block. Sometimes though the funniest ones are the urban legends that really ought to be true.
